I explain everything to the girls before they even come over for the shoot. I tell them that their photos and/or video will be inside of the "members only" area and I also tell them that I create promo galleries for my affiliates and they they will be distributed on the internet in order to generate sales to the paysite. The girls need to provide valid identification for my records and they need to sign the release form before any shooting takes place. At that time, they are giving up their rights to the content and providing me with the permission to distribute the content online....or any other way how I see fit. With that being said, they fully understand and realize that the content shot of them will be on the internet for people to see. If someone that they personally know comes across the content, that's not my problem. It's real simple...if the girl doesn't want people to see her on the internet then she should have never came over for the shoot in the first place.
