Again, I don't mind doing this because I saved on the insurance on every package I sent.

That being said, perhaps the company you ordered from works the same way. Why don't you try calling them before doing a chargeback?
i called them but it is a bunch of red tape bullshit, i even payed for overnight delivery. it is from armani, and i had it shipped to my buddies place in DC who lives in a wide open apartment complex.

i am going to give them a week and if nothing i am charging it back i dont fart around with peoples stupidity. you have to be insane to leave a $500 package sitting out in the open. i have never seen or heard of that before.
