Problem is I see a lot of good people around looking for work. But most of the people in this industry seem to hire friends of friends or people they have partied with. It almost looks like they don't give a shit about referentials or anyone who is remotely serious about getting shit done (and yeah trust me, the guy you do 20 shots off a hookers ass is probably not reliable).
