No, we don't. We usually catch the transaction before it gets to the charge back stage and refund the transaction. We have no problem refunding trnsactions that do indeed appear fraud. In fact, it is completely in our benefit to refund them before they become chargebacks as if they do, they will go against our history.

HOWEVER, there is another type of chargeback. And this is initiated by the user who has used our dating site and decided that now he wants his money back. These are 90% of our chargebacks. And yes, in those instances we do feel like sending them to a site like that! It is like walking into a restaurant, finishing your dinner, paying and then going home calling up the credit card company and requesting a refund.

Here is the deal, because we don't have a tangible product that is signed for on delivery, it is very easy for the customer to dispute the charges. There is NOTHING we can do with these types of chargeback. 90% of the time the customer wins, even though he knows he is scamming US. A lot of porn buyers have caught on to this trick. They will buy a membership, get what ever they want and then do a chargeback saying they never used the card. How are you going to prove he used it? The onus is on you to prove it. And you can't. So he gets his money back. These surfers are no angels either, trust me.
