what is considered a signup? $1.00? $20 purchase in credits?

your signup process has an unnecessary obstacle for impulse buyers so i wasn't able to find what a signup is (at least on the camsters site) - the process that email of account activation code (which a good amount of the time ends up in junk mail)

if it is a purchase of at least $20 in credits, there are a few programs that will pay close to $100 for these members without any tiers
