there was an alleged fight on bart, as of now they haven't said if he was involved in it.
what is known bart cameras were not working at THIS TIME.
while being handcuffed he told the officers, 'i'm down', 'don't shoot me', 'don't taser me', i have a daughter'. about 50-60 witnesses saw this happen also this isn't the first time this has happened with this officer
also anyone who had a camera phone were confiscated, this young lady happened to have the only 'video'
this happen new years eve, new years day
when it's all said and done, he was handcuffed...22 year old kid shot in the back....
