It's only a matter of time.... I predict that the next attack will happen at a port by ramming an oil tanker into an oil farm. It happened in the 1950s in Texas ( I might be off on the years ) and it destroyed an entire town.
It's pretty simple. Hijack a ship, and ten miles off the cost kill the crew, full steam ahead and bam.
