we used to post
en masse to usenet a couple of years ago, and it did translate into decent traffic back then... it did die off though, at least for our paysites. these days your more likely to find your own members area content posted in nicely chopped-up rar files on usenet. maybe some are beating something decent out of the freeloaders on the usenet binary scene still, but if so, i don't know how..
