I've been in domaining (adult and non-adult) for over 8 years now and the same applies now as it did then........ TLD!!
Go for .com or .net and forget everything else if you don't have STRONG SINGLE KEYWORD domains like fucked.tv
hotfuck.tv...... reg fee
fucked.tv....... mid-high $xxxx
