That is odd, complete opposite over here, but I have never really put to much time into a video site, I might up 3 or 4 video sites in the next comming weeks I will work on, what do you think.. Niche only video site, or a combined general niche video site?

Yea I hear you on that, TGP's with 0 skim and only you're galleries with a top-list is the way to make it happen
I try to shoot for a single program with many quality sites to a single tgp/blog...
