However, he has managed to make a name for himself, and a nice empire from the sounds of it. Most of his antics do not give me direct knowledge or influence, but they will sometimes generate some thought and application to something I am working on.

apparently there are obvious roots of why he's enjoying showing off / pointing at his worthlessness in the past so much and can't stand criticism as far as he obviously had to take a lot of shit while he was growing up - the time when anyone is about the most emotionally vulnerable ever.
