Working out at the gym doing squats and lunges would definitely give her a bubble butt naturally. And the results can happen in just a few months. Not for everybody of course. Everybody is different and has a different physiology. But for the majority of folks with "normal" genetics, they can hit the gym and between squats and lunges for the glutes, leg extensions for the quads, leg curls for the hams...you can change the appearance of your ass into a nice round bubble butt.
And then of course there are those girls and guys who just are born that way and never have to work out...I hate them. lol
