I call them that as typically that is what I run into. Usually they will bring a friend (often female). I every so often get ones that want to bring their boyfriend or husband, if so they usually wish to work together as well. They however do not bring them to additional shoots that often. Actually only time I run into suitcase pimps is when I run into either strippers or craigslist hookers.
