Avoid them. Friend of mine maxed out his credit card, so mailed them a money order to pay for his hosting. MO arrived a day before expiry, but they shut down his site for 3 days (they had to 'walk' the money order from one bldg to another).

When he called their manager to complain she said that they were unable to have his site up unless Billing physically had the funds in their hands. She said their developers would have to write new code to allow the site to stay up if Billing didnt have the money in their hands.

This is not the only occasion either.

By contrast with Midphase even if you call them and tell them the money is a day late, they'll give you a grace period.

Never use Bluehost, they're a bunch of inflexible pricks.
