I dont think that is to hard to understand. They are not telling you that its illegal for you to join if you are 18 or older, but that the site is intended solely for KIDS, and you should only join if you can agree that is the kind of community you want to support

What the hell? How can you not understand the text you are quoting?
The text very clearly says the site is intended for the two following groups:
- anyone over 18
- anyone between 13 and 18 who is currently in high school or college
How can you not get that? It says so in very plain English.
