It is the best suggestion so far in this thread and no one has come up with anything else. So as much as people flame me, that's all they have. You can go and look for the solution if you can.

My idea is never going to happen, but it's the only workable one so far. DMCA was written to cover the Internet in 1995 and is clearly inadequate in 2009. Only a fool would not realise that.

history has shown us that the market provides, solutions come from the technology
vcrs produced multi million dollar dvd marketplace
cable tv expanded the range of stations and brought pay per view
torrent will bring it own revenue sources (branding bugs, process monitization, product placement)
in 5 years content shooters like dean and you will be making more money from torrents then you are making shooting exclusive content for different sites/magazines.
