I'd consider that kidnapping, no different the a car-jacking with my kid in the back.. jack my car with my kid in the back and you aint getting more then 25 feet without a bullet in the back of your head.
And they're gonna pull that in texas where 95% of the population wouldn't be able to deal with it as nice as I would... good fucking luck... those teachers would be safer with the fucking terrorists.
