People work very hard to produce entertainment and efficiency programs for this planet. Not because they like you, but because they feel people need it or like it, and they want to make MONEY like everyone here does.

When you steal CARS.... BOATS.... DIAMONDS.... DATA you are more more less stealing their hard work and benefitting from it. People that link to it are an accessory to the crime.

If I (I meaning The Pirate Bay, for arguments purposes) pointed out to you that I know where you can go steal a Ferrari (this will be the torrent Grand Theft Auto 4) and the KEYS were inside, doors unlocked (this will be used as the crack that comes along with the torrent which allows you to circumnavigate buying the game and using it illegally) and I drew you a map on how to get there (TPB providing the link), do you not think that there would be a crime involved with accessorizing or aiding a criminal?

In lamens terms, data IS tangible.
