Go after Eugene Roshal since some people use rar files for copyright infringement.
Oh, or how about Comcast, since they allow "thieves" to use their internet connection?
Maybe Linksys, since they sell modems that people use.
Even Seagate, since people store "stolen" goods on their hard drives.
