I still have this question floating around in my head that many of the sites that support/promote the downloading of these files are located outside of the US borders. Why are these sites not regulated at the borders? Literally there are only so many connections into the US. Shut em down if they don't comply.
Why is it that the US has so much trouble with enforcing our own laws inside of our own territories?
