This is an argument that I'll just get out of here because there are those
who will argue what they "think is right" versus those that are simply stating
the legal precedence that has already been established.
Basically , people who want to steal shit will argue their way in to a logic by
which they can commit their crime without guilt.
They still get busted in the end game though.
