Uhm, what you are doing is called "dating someone". It isn't a life long commitment, you are just spending time together, getting to know one another better, which is the point of dating. You are SUPPOSED to like the person you are spending time with and having sex with.
19 year old girls need confirmation of feelings. She needs to know you like her too and are not just using her for sex...so she says she likes you a lot hoping you say "I like you too".
