Actually, it works at all ages. Most men don't seem to realize it, but if you keep doing things like giving little compliments, telling a woman you're thinking about her, writing the occasional love letter, etc, she'll do pretty much anything for you.
Women like romance, no matter what their age might be. Keep giving it to them, and they'll repay you tenfold.
