Cardinal Vices is a studio made of 5 people. Each of us is doing its own task, so that helps us with managing large orders that require every bit of knowledge. We have a programmer, flash specialist, cartoonist, banner pro and webdesigner. Because we operate from Ukraine, we offer competitive rates. I need to know more about what needs to be done to be able to make you our price offer, but I do want to mention that our clients are getting support for the work that we do. So if there is an issue, it will be resolved.
