I've always been of the opinion that Macs are just gimmicks. All the ipod/iphone bollocks has only strengthened my opinion. An MP3 player and a phone with Internet access - shit the fucking bed. There are plenty of alternative products that do the same job, some worse and some better. It's just all their damn marketing that brainwashes people into believing that their products are here to save the world from the evils of Microsoft etc.

Just my opinion of course - I'm sure plenty of people are happy with their Macs. My designer friends are always on at me to get one but the only two times I've tried using one I found it frustrating and both crashed within 30 minutes!! Don't think I'll be making the switch any time soon
