But to play devils advocate when its pps only, weekly payouts and mail joins which cause alot of heat, the program has to protect itself from charge backs it tends to hold the monies to see if its profitable for the company.
When I hear mail, pps, and weekly payouts a red flag goes off in my head.

i get the concerns
and truthfully we are very reasonable to deal with...but looking at holding money for 6 weeks is pissing me off
after 3 days you can see trial to rebill....if you dont have trial members area that is...if you do..you know sooner.
i might be an asshole at times...but no one has ever complained about fake joins from me
