I don't know as well as a woman would. But from experience yes there are a lot of holland tunnel hole women out there that need a big one. But I don't know about ever having met a chick that couldn't accommodate big. I'm talking even petite 5 foot girls with waists you could almost fit 2 hands around and that you could pick up using just one arm. They sure look like it won't fit but it does. My theory has always been if a baby that weighs 5 to 12 pounds can fit up there then I should be able to. I am not presuming to down anything you said, as a woman maybe you yourself are that tight I don't know. But I am just saying I never met a girl that could not fit a lot. And met MANY that had room to spare...
