Anyone have really bad sugar addiction?
There are times when I find myself craving sugar so bad I drive at 3 am in the morning in the cold to a just to get Hagen Dazs ice cream and will eat half a pint until I get my "sugar high"... Sometimes I just crave sugar so bad and I feel like I will "die" or won't be able to function and be irritable unless I have it. Anyone else feel like this? Like they HAVE to have something sweet whether its chocolate or sugar or else they will die?
After I eat the sugar usually I feel like shit and I crash and burn.
