hahaha... the whole goal of your post was the quality of customer service. you brought into question my customer service skills.
i provide excellent, efficient, polite customer service to at least 100 customers a day, whether they're 18 years old or 88 years old, whether they speak english, french or hardly either.
there's a reason i'm one of the top agents in my call center, and it has nothing to do with me being a young punk.
and despite the fact that i'm a young punk, i'm more knowledgeable than you are and evidently wiser as well. also, when i make a mistake, i'm man enough to admit it, as opposed to digging myself a deeper hole by fabricating stories.
