I would refer you back to the example of my site. It's an amateur BDSM website (PR0 and essentially traffic 0

). If you search on "amateur BDSM" or some other general keyword combination, you'll never see my site listed on google. If you search for "Sexy Schiava" my site is the number one slot on google. In essence, google gives you a good spot if your specific term is not generally in use and you have some related content.
I didn't look at the other site long enough to see what niche it was, or what keywords might be relevant to a search. But if you used general keywords, instead of that specific term he was talking about...I doubt the site would pop up at number one on google.
