I have a feeling that "Priya Rai" may be one such combination that is rather unique. If you try more "generic" keywords for what the site contains...you may or may not see it listed. That's where you can tell if they have "real" SEO going on.

That site is so obviously targetted against that term(name) and he has succeded on it. I don't understand what you mean by looking for other more general terms for it to be "real SEO"....
