To be honest with you, your best bet at finding a 'decent' pair of shoes will be to go to the sites for the likes of Dolce + Gabbana, Patric Cox, Et al.
Alternatively, if you do a search for 'hand-made shoes', getting a pair made is much more affordable than most people think and they last a hell of a lot longer, thats certainly been my experience when having shoes made anyway.
