You get out of a trade show what you put into it. If you are personable, smart, business savvy, know how to engage people and have something of value to offer, especially traffic- you may very well do some business at the trade shows. AEE is best if you are actually crazy enough to open an adult book & video store at this stage of the game. You can meet distributors, suppliers, attorneys and other people that may help you with that business. Internext clearly is best for the adult web site business. But don't fool yourself into thinking you are going to easily meet lots of affiliates at Internext who control thousands of clicks each who are going to meet you and be willing to send traffic so quickly and easily unless you have some amazing sites and unless you are able to reciprocate in kind. This business has matured and it's' not quite that easy anymore. That being said, I have always done business at every trade show that I have ever gone to to justify paying for the trip.
