Lens, and whoever else thinks Paycom is 'rock solid':

NO.

If they are so fucking 'rock solid' then explain why their support sucks ass, and the software that supposedly cancels subscriptions sucks ass too?

I sent Chris 11 fucking emails, which was my cancel confirmations and CC info that he requested, and he cant even fucking respond to one of them. Last I looked he didnt respond back to that fact in the other 'PAYCOM' fraud thread that I started:

http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showth...pagen umber=2

When you have a subscription with a company and you cancel the fucking subscription , get a confirmation email that says your subscription is cancelled YET your account with the company says your subscription is active - just for you to go and try to cancel again and the same thing - and STILL get charged for something you cancelled yet you have THREE cancellation confirmation emails in your box saying otherwise.... WTF!

You call that a 'rock solid' company?

Nothing 'rock solid' about a company with broke ass cancellation software that STILL BILLS CUSTOMERS AFTER THEY CANCEL.

Nothing 'rock solid' about a company that cant even fucking answer support emails (11 of them from one person no less).

If they wanna be 'rock solid', they need to fix whatever the fuck causes cancellations to still get billed, and learn to answer emails - especially when they are the ones requesting them!
