its not a problem. but if it comes to my business, id want less oversight rather than more. i wouldnt want the delays and pain in the ass stuff that goes along with the extra checks.
and imo its the wrong approach. ccbill needs to make the dmca process easier to use. i think its confusing to people and im sure people bitch about it 100x more than they would send a notice in.
but im sure ccbill covers their ass legally, they would not ignore a dmca.
however, they will send it back or refuse to take an improper one, and have many times. you can see how they cant bend on it now
