i was watching some real estate show (i cant recall the name) and they were in miami talking to "condo vultures" who come in and bargain low with condo sellers trying to take advantage of the situation.
One guy bought his condo for 2.2mill and about 1-2 years later was trying to sell for $999,999 OUCH.
they were talkin about how they would throw "condo buying parties" and hire fake paparazzi and have champagne and make the people coming to buy the condo feel like a celeb.
