Good question... I guess it'll be "appraised" based on the SEO score, Alexa ranking, domains age, major Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc links, traffic productivity and so on... I am open to all offers... Based on a particular website who's appraising sites I'll have to charge for all them more than 200.000 USD
For example, one of my sites was awarded $6,026.21USD. I love the 21 cents!!!! LOL!
