Right, but once the control is established (which it probably will be). The control of money would eventually have these states fall in line?
Could you see this being at least somewhat beneficial in 3rd world extremist / "stone-age" areas? Obviously their regions will have leadership representatives like they've always had. I'm assuming that the influence the money has over these leaders will cause them to slowly mold these areas & future generations to what the west would consider "normal".
Iceland then would be considered collateral damage as far as my little "theory" goes.... who knows though. Control the $ and control the people.
