One of the weirdest dreams I ever had..
So I'm sitting in a bar in Dublin with Phil Lynott, we're doing shots at the bar, it's like afternoon and it's quite cold out there, we're talking about the band and booze and women and everything and I'm telling him:
ME: "dude, you know they already wrote a book about you?"
PL: "no shit, we're gonna have to check it out!"
ME: "they don't have it over here, but we can order that over the Amazon"
PL: "the Amazon?"
ME:"like over the internet, they'll send the book by post"
PL: "Yeah let's do it, can you do it?"
ME:"sure!"
PL: "I'm curious what they wrote about my death!"
There's no question Thin Lizzy is one of my all time favourite bands, too bad I don't remember too much of what we spoke about.
Let's praise this deja vu with a drink in the honour of one of the greatest songwriters, talents and frontmen in the rock history.
I've personally added also another reprise of the "Live and Dangerous" album on my stereo, "The Cowboy song" is on now.
