In EU, most countries welcome you in a different way. You gotta learn the language, facts about the country, youll get a working permit and then when you decided to do nothing you can apply for welfare. Enough to live from enough to buy a beer and enough to buy furniture, all that comes with more n more "tasks" like applying for jobs, but its still possible.
If you can make it in the US you can make it anywhere, if you cant make it in the EU theres always a shitload of funding to apply for.

Yea well luckily "most" of the illegal Mexicans here in the US come here to work and make money. So we aren't dealing with the free riders as much but of course we have more than our fair share, they just tend to be Americans.... lol
