Lastly, a pre-auth does not remove funds from your account it reserves them so that the conversion is guaranteed in case the trial does not cancel. Chances are you signed up for one site and a cross sell and that's where your charge came from. If there was freak-ass error (which is highly unlikely) we will be happy to make any wrong right. If not however, I would suggest you know WTF you are talking about before starting a thread to slander anyone.
