War is wrong. Period. Resting our laurels on hope that the other side will be honourable is wasteful. The whole thing stinks. The only thing we can TRULY do is hope that the least amount of people die and the whole thing is over with sooner than later. It's easy to be holier than thou and say I'm right, you're wrong, but the essential truth is this:
No matter what war, each side is going to think they're right. Both sides are praying to their gods that they win. Both sides will have people die. Both sides have families who will suffer loss, pain, and injury. At the basest level, the human level, it's all for naught, it's all waste, we're all going to die anyways, someday.
I'm not gonna fight it out anymore, sure I have my opinions, but when you think about it that way, all the fight just kind of goes away.
