Unfortunately because they are on the front lines, they bear the brunt of the assault
they're the ones they sacrifice to our displeasure...
US society is now so conditioned to expecting instant gratification we collectively don't want to wait for anything...imagine being on any other continent and telling them you want more service personnel or more lines opened because you don't want to wait so long...
