1. Bad heads on camcorder or something needs to be cleaned.
2. Hard light. Blue gels needed. Plus more lights.
3. Looks like a pretty girl wearing shoes, damn shame, and 80's heels at that.

4. Worst encoding ever?

I dunno. Hard to tell in this single clip where one thing ends, and the other begins. Could be a number of different issues.
