i in no way advocate 'no free porn'. I just can't understand how the supposed solution to higher sales, conversions and retention is "give more away - and later , give more away... and when the customer says we want more free porn - we give away more"
it is cumulative, you know that right?
this business model will not get better the more we do it.

I don't think you have content saturation or anyone on this forum, unless Bang Bros/ND is posting today. That's the simplest answer.
While others are growing and are 10, 20 or 100x larger than me, you or anyone in this thread, they produce across dvds, broadcasting, plugins, downloads to other sites, and multiple companies still produce mind boggling sales that 'all of us are still trying to catch up to and for some stupid reason people below the big guys still think something is wrong.
Umm.. If you do 20 or 100 sales a day and someone else is doing 200 or 500.. You pretty much aren't doing something correctly. Not saying you failed, but saying something like free porn is hurting you. Is well... Stupid.
Who cares if a few people get around protected movies. The majority don't and that's where the majority of bulk piracy comes from. And the odd fact still remains, VOD sites and sites with DRM, aren't really pirated.... it's just odd. Like if you take away the normal users ability, they don't steal it. And logically advanced users aren't going to pillage every adult porn site online.
