I keep all newbies myself, send them to a platform i host and learn them how to generate some sites and get organic traffic, the best newbie i have makes 3K a month on cam projects and the smallest makes 40$ a month and is already happy.
I love newbies, they are the foundation of each webmaster, unless you feel yourself to good for them...
