The first hour will be instructionally based. I will explain how and why I chose to setup the lighting and set a certain way. We will cover white balance, using a light meter, the types of lights used and modifiers and how they play a role into the scene, etc. We will have several sets in place and more models than just Martina, who is our featured model.
Each photographer participant will go in rotation to shoot each model. These girls are pro's so if you are not good at directing them, they will recompose every time you snap the shutter.
While those participants are shooting I will help guide if needed, otherwise I will be talking through with the rest of the group the entire time on tips from the pro's and what I have learned from my many mentors through the past 16 years of me shooting.
I have booked out the studio the entire day as well as the models, so there will be opportunity after the workshop for the attending photographers to do longer, private one on one sessions. This is something I will send out the details to those that signup only.
This is not setup like a shootout though. You have your own dedicated one on one time with each model, no over the shoulder shootfest going on. This will allow you to learn from me, but your peers as well as get your very own exclusive shots.
The workshop is a total of 4 hours, so there will be upto 3 rotations. I have sold out of every single workshop I have done and I have not had one person walk away without their expectations being exceeded.
