Weight watchers is the best system from what people have told me. Im doig atkins cause that works best for me

hope your well man.

In the days before I finally admitted to myself that it is about calories and exercise (and insulin control in my case) I had been on pretty much every major diet program both in the States and the UK.

If somebody has to be on one of them then Weight Watchers is the most reasonable. The points system is really just calorie counting but they are giving a points value to a certain number of calories. It is still teaching you balanced and responsible eating. In fact, it was in my last WW attempt that I figured if I was going to count points that I should just get a calorie guide and count calories. After all, veggies have calories too and I stopped believing there was a such thing as a 'free' food. There is WW at home for those people, like myself, that are not a meetings type person.
