To be fair, you are comparing apples to oranges. Just because you as a content producer are able to get in contact with them does not mean that surfers/customers can. Your experience is on a B2B level which seems to trump B2C in this industry.

You don't have to turn on them, but you might not want to openly defend them either.
And to be clear - I am not ragging on I$ at all. I may have signed up for them at some point, but never actively promoted them. I have never had any dealings with them on any level beyond that so I can't voice an opinion based on fact about them.
