In my opinion, these companies are simply paying you $100 for someone's valid credit card information. Nothing more than that. Might as well just start a non-porn site that's hosted outside of the United Sates and states plainly that you pay $100 commission for every sucker's valid credit card info you can provide. At least that would be slightly more honest. Why parade as a porn site trying to do the same thing.

1) I$ doesnt pay $100 they pay $50...big difference
2) I have revshare sponsors I make $80 /signup with...do they scam someone? no! is it possible to pay $50 pps without fucking someone over? yes...does I$ do it? i dont know
3) All I$ sites have matching content and it fucking awesome content....they update their network daily with EXCLSUIVE content which i cant say about many programs with their shity dvd content and/or no stills pictures and/or low quality vid... no offense but its time you jump off this wagon...spewing bs left and right.
